Location Broadcast System

Evistel provides a real-time communication platform. It supports advertising, event information, and cell broadcasting.

Its enhanced scheduler is highly configurable:

  • Broadcast start and end dates/times
  • Message repeat interval
  • Broadcast channel

Emergency Services: Evistel LBS serves government institutions. It is designed for local emergencies: chemical air pollution, fires, earthquakes. It also supports citizen protection measures. Emergency messages are broadcast in real time to all handset users within a defined area.

Evistel’s Cell Broadcast Entity (CBE) serves as the point of origin for broadcast messages alerts designed to reach all User Equipment (UE) in one or more targeted cells simultaneously. The CBE can be deployed either inside an operator’s own network or by external service providers, such as government agencies operating public warning systems.

CBC interfaces with the Core Network, it goes beyond basic message delivery, serving as a critical component of the country’s Public Warning System (PWS) by providing reliable mechanisms for the dissemination of emergency alerts. Its broadcast-based architecture enables alerts to be delivered simultaneously to a large number of users.
